By agreeing with these terms and conditions you enter the following agreement with VisitaGroup a trading name of HD Digital & Marketing Services Ltd, and will hereafter be referred to as, HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd.
The information your organisation (hereafter ‘you’) has entered on the form enclosed with these terms and conditions (together with any further information or amendments you may subsequently provide), including any personal details, will be held by HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Data Controller for this information will be HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd, International House, Pierpoint Street, Worcester, WR1 1YD.
The information you provide may be used by HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd and their agents for the purposes of data collection, tourism or otherwise marketing related activities such as inclusion in any HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd publications and websites. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd against any and all liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses which they, or any of their agents, may suffer as a result of a third party alleging that HD Marketing & Digital Services Ltd use of any information provided by you constitutes an infringement of such third party's intellectual property rights.
